Membership Requirements 

✅ You must be one of the following:

1. Full-Time Founder

You meet all of the below:

• Founder or Co-Founder is your actual job title

• You’ve quit your day job — this is your full-time focus

• You’re building a venture-scale company
  → Venture-scale = a business that can grow exponentially using tech, automation, or network effects.
  ❌ Not a business that grows by hiring more people, selling services, or holding inventory

• You have traction
  → Traction = paying customers, revenue, or you’ve raised capital

2. Active Investor

You meet all of the below:

• You’re actively looking for startups to invest in

• You’ve made at least 3 equity investments in startups

• At least 1 investment was in the past year

🚫 No Service Providers
We define a service provider as anyone who gets paid by founders for:
– Consulting
– Coaching
– Advising
– Legal, financial, marketing, or other services

Also:
❌ No selling
❌ No pitching at events
