Startup Haven Community Partnership Program
This program is designed to provide our partners the opportunity to participate and engage with early-stage startup founders and investors at our key events – Venture Breakfast, Venture Dinner, and Startup Poker 2.0. Please note that as attendance grows and our partnership programs evolve, these offerings may change.
Unlike most startup events where the majority of attendees are service providers, recruiters, ‘wantrapreneurs’, small business owners and job seekers, all Startup Haven events are curated, invite-only gatherings of vetted founders and investors only. The only exception are a very limited number of carefully selected partners who support our community and consent to the Startup Haven code of conduct.

- Increased Visibility: Your brand will be prominently featured in all communications and at events, ensuring high visibility among influential startup leaders.
- Focused Engagement: With smaller, more targeted events, sponsors can build deeper connections and foster meaningful relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Scalable Opportunity: Start in one city and expand to others as your business grows, with opportunities to sponsor events in up to 15 different cities across the U.S.
All event partnerships include the following benefits:
- Option for at least one representative to participate in the event.
- Up to two minutes to formally address event attendees.
- Option to provide literature/swag to all event attendees.
- Logo on event signage, when applicable.
- Recognition in monthly member communications.
- Recognition in all event communications, e.g., invites, reminders, follow-ups.
- Targeted social media exposure through LinkedIn and Twitter.
Note that attendee contact information is considered confidential and cannot be shared. However, sponsors will be included in all event communications, including post-event follow up emails, which includes an opportunity for sponsors to make an ask or an offer to all attendees.
Venture Breakfast/Dinner
Sharing a meal is a time-tested way to foster meaningful conversations and build relationships between founders and investors. Our “venture-meal” events are highly curated, invite-only gatherings of venture-scale startup founders and investors.
Small Venture Meal events range from 8 – 15 guests are typically sit-down affairs with everyone sharing a single table. Because of the intimacy and limited space of these events, sponsors are featured in a 30-minute event warm up period and welcoming session.
Large Venture Meal events range from 15 – 50 founders and investors and the format is stand-up and will often include a special guest speaker. For these larger events, sponsors are invited to stay for the entire event.
In all cases, we will work closely with our event sponsors to develop a pre-func participation approach that maximizes your visibility and engagement.
Budget Options:
Tier 1 Cities: Developing markets. The minimum financial commitment for the Venture Meals program in Tier 1 cities is $3,000. Currently available in these city chapters:
Denver/Boulder, Detroit, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, Washington DC
- $250 level, provide collateral, announcement, no attendance.
- $400 level, Small Venture Meal, one representative may attend the pre-event.
- $700 level, Larger Venture Meal, one representative may participate in the event.
Tier 2 Cities: Major markets. The minimum financial commitment for the Venture Meals program in Tier 1 cities is $5000. Currently available in these city chapters:
Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Diego, Austin, New York
- $400 level, provide collateral, announcement, no attendance.
- $600 level, Small Venture Meal, one representative may attend the pre-event.
- $950 level, Larger Venture Meal, one representative may participate in the event.
